This edition of Lucy is composed of two lots from two distinct terroirs in Rwanda.
Available in either “filter” or “espresso” versions – each roasting method of Lucy reveals a unique facet of the blend.
In the filter version, with 30% Fugi and 70% Amahoro, the rapid roasting accentuates the natural acidity and aromas of small fruits, with a texture reminiscent of white tea.
In espresso version, with 20% Fugi and 80% Amahoro , the soft and prolonged roasting develops flavors of caramelized sugar and molasses. The texture is round, full, balancing the acidity to offer a balanced espresso.
