It is made from 100% heirloom Chemlali olives carefully handpicked from our fifth-generation family estate. Harvested in November, KAÏA is high in polyphenols with a very low acidity level. It is characterised by a smooth and balanced flavour, making it ideal for everyday use. It can be used for cooking, seasoning, drizzling and baking.
At KAÏA, we control the growing, the harvest, the cold pressing, the bottling and the distribution. There are no middle men. There is nothing fake.
