Lucy will always be sweet, fruity and inspiring. This edition will offer you notes of dark chocolate, melon and honey.
This edition of Lucy is made up of two batches from two distinct terroirs of Rwanda.
Available in "filter" or "espresso" version - each Lucy roasting method reveals a unique facet of the blend.
In the filter version, with 30% Karambo and 70% Karambi, the rapid roasting accentuates the natural acidity and aromas of small fruits, with a texture reminiscent of white tea.
In the espresso version, with 20% Karambo and 80% Karambi, the gentle and prolonged roasting develops flavors of caramelized sugar and molasses. The texture is round, full, balancing the acidity to offer a balanced espresso.
